- Creating and publishing listings in every category — cars, property, boats and the marketplace. No expiry date, no renewal fee.
- The self-sale tools for homes — a digital sales prospectus (PDF), a legally compliant bidding round and a bid log.
- Contacting sellers and replying to enquiries.
- Saving favourites and saving searches, with email alerts about new matches.
Optional extras
If you want more people to see your listing, you can choose to boost it — that is always optional, and the listing works just as well without it.

Selvsalg Pluss (coming) is for you if you want a human alongside you through the whole home sale — a review of your listing, help with the documents and support through the bidding round. Planned price after 2027: 1,990 kr.
