- Submit the form. An agent will contact you to arrange a viewing.
What happens next?
An agent gets in touch to view the property and give you an estimate. A valuation is normally free and non-binding — you decide whether to go ahead with a sale.
What is the difference between a valuation and the car price tool?
The car price tool (/bilverdi) gives an automatic price range based on active listings — no one needs to get in touch. A home valuation is a physical inspection by an agent assessing your specific property, and is not automated.
