Connect your inventory system to Folkemarked with an API token, and you can publish, update and close listings automatically — one upload point for your whole portfolio, whether it's cars, boats or homes.
What the API does for you
- Less manual work. No need to enter every listing by hand.
- Always up to date. When something sells or changes in your system, it is mirrored on Folkemarked.
- Scales with you. Ten or a thousand listings — same workflow.
How it works
- You get your own API token (Bearer) tied to your business.
- You identify each listing with your own reference (an external ID), so updates hit the right listing.
- You create, fetch, update and close listings via the API — and the same pattern applies to job listings.
What can you list?
Portfolios of cars, boats and property, plus job listings. The API is available to business accounts and is free through 2027, in line with the rest of the business offering.

Set up a business account first. Then get in touch with us for API access and technical documentation, and we'll help you with the token and the integration. Details of endpoints and tokens are provided in the technical documentation when access is granted.
